Parmesan Chicken Breasts


6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Heat oven to 400° F.  Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.  In a bowl combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.  Dip chicken in melted margarine then dip into cheese mix; coating the chicken well.  Place the chicken on the prepared pan.  Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.

This simple and tasty recipe is one of our favorites for a quick, delicious meal with very little fuss.  We prefer to use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
